Blom Club currently delivers within the borders of South Africa only. Please ensure your address is correct and accessible for courier delivery.

2. Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free delivery on all orders over R1,000.

4. Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents inside.

5. Age Verification
We reserve the right to verify your age at delivery. Only individuals over the age of 18 may receive the package.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact our support team at support@blomclub.co.za with your order number and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
